These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and Sage Bros Herbal Supplements ("Sage Bros", "we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship registered at Ludhiana, Punjab, India, operating the website sagebros.in.

By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law, and agree to these Terms in full. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All products sold on sagebros.in are food supplements regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI) and approved under AYUSH. Our products are intended for general wellness and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Product images are for representation purposes. Actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or reject orders at our discretion.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract until we dispatch the product.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — with a full refund issued.
• Bulk or resale orders require prior written approval from Sage Bros.

All prices displayed on sagebros.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, PayU). We do not store card details.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (selected pincodes), EMI (selected cards).
• Promotional codes and discount coupons (e.g., SAGE15) are valid for single use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, and may expire at any time.
• In the event of a payment failure, please contact your bank or support@sagebros.in before attempting repeat transactions.
• Cash on Delivery orders are subject to availability and an additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50 may apply.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances. Sage Bros is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• Shipping charges for orders below ₹499: ₹49–₹79 depending on location
• Remote/hilly areas (J&K, Northeast India) may take 7–12 business days

We accept return/replacement requests within 5 days of delivery only in the following cases: damaged product, wrong product delivered, or product with tampered seal. Opened or partially-used products are not eligible for return.

All content on sagebros.in — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, icons, and software — is the property of Sage Bros Herbal Supplements and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without express written permission.
• The Sage Bros name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Sage Bros Herbal Supplements.
• User-generated content (reviews, testimonials) submitted to us may be used by Sage Bros for marketing purposes.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include:

• Placing fraudulent, false, or speculative orders with no intention to pay
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our website
• Impersonating Sage Bros, its employees, or other users
• Submitting false reviews or misleading testimonials
• Reselling products purchased at discounted prices without prior written approval
• Attempting to hack, overload, or disrupt our website or servers

Violation of these prohibitions may result in order cancellation, account termination, and legal action.

Our products are food supplements and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sage Bros shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow product usage instructions or ignoring contraindications
• Delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum of 30 days. You may contact us at support@sagebros.in to initiate this process.

Consumer disputes may also be raised through the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
